The Zen Gardens are areas of Akademi.
Appearance[]
Inside of the garden near the Delinquents hangout and the incinerator, there are 4 red trees, 8 lanterns, 2 Shishi-odoshi and four bridges. Up northwest, there is a patch of bamboo, mat floorings for the Martial Arts Club and a shrine. On the west and east sides of the garden, there are benches that Ayano can sit on. Behind the benches are 3 small red trees.
The second garden is near the outdoor cafeteria. This is identical to the first one, except that, instead of the shrine, there is a small tea house. Inside the tea house, there are 4 red pillows, a table, a counter, and a poster. On top of the counter are 2 mangas, 2 books and a water kettle beside the counter.
Use[]
In 202X Shiromi Torayoshi visits this area. In 1989, Joze Shiuba visits this area of Akademi. While they are technically patrolling the gardens, they are facing their backs to the garden.
- They patrol the west Zen garden at 7:15 AM, 7:50 AM, 1:06 PM, and 3:42 PM while in the Incinerator Area.
- They patrol the east Zen garden at 7:28 AM, 1:13 PM, and 3:56 PM while in the Outdoor Cafeteria.
The Martial Arts Club members for both modes come here to practice as part of their routine. Old-Fashioned Fundoshi can be found on the table inside the tea house of the second garden.
In 202X, Basu Sisters (Sakyu and Inkyu) also come here in the morning to search for something in the small ponds near the entrance. There is no ulterior use to these gardens.
Kuu's missing library book and muddy shoe-prints can be found in the second garden, inside the tea house.
The protagonist has the option to sit on the two benches in each garden. It does not have any other exterior functions, as it is simply just for gameplay.
