Akademi's top student; the smartest girl in school. Perfect scores on every test, flawless grades in every subject.
Teiko's reaction to a camera.
Among the Personas that are currently implemented in the game, Teiko is Lovestruck. If she witnesses Ryoba Aishi commit murder, she will run to Jokichi Yudasei and inform him that Ryoba is a murderer, causing an automatic Game Over. If she encounters a corpse, she will run to Jokichi and tell him there is a murder in Akademi; the two will then run out of school and call the police.
Teiko will become a Teacher's Pet in subsequent weeks if she is eliminated peacefully.
According to YandereDev, Teiko is very formal, almost "businesslike" in her interactions with others. There is rarely a point in time when she acts silly or demonstrates any sort of personality flaws. Canonically, even after she got expelled from Akademi, she didn't become vindictive about it; she just went off and became a college professor at a university.[2] Although she would be casual with friends, a school environment would have to be more "proper" and formal.[3]
Teiko is shown to be secretly incapable of accepting anything less than perfection, so a 99/100 score hurt her, as evidenced by her diary, which can be found in her book bag. She wanted to continue telling people that she has scored a 100/100 on every test she's ever taken, and couldn't do that if there was evidence of a 99/100 test in the world.[2] As Teiko is someone who strives for the best of the best, she would do all the work herself if her partner made her do their part during a school project, as she would understand that there is no point in trying to get them to do any kind of work.[4]
In her Befriend dialogue, Teiko says she went to Karlheinz Asylum because she was tired of being perfect all the time. Her white stockings represent her not being completely perfect, as when she got the aforementioned 99/100, she bribed the teacher to change it to 100/100.[5]
Introduction[]
In the cutscene after eliminating the sixth rival, Teiko's silhouette is seen as Ryoba talks about her Senpai.
Many girls have competed for my Senpai's heart.
Most of them were mere pests rather than actual threats...
...but the latest one is different.
Akademi's top student. The brightest girl in school.
Perfect scores on every test. Flawless grades in every subject.
The perfect combination of beauty and brains.
Any guy at school would be honored to have her attention.
If she continues to spend time around my Senpai...
...there's no doubt that she'll steal him from me.
It feels like I've been seeing the police patrolling near Akademi more often lately.
The unsolved murder from earlier this year is still a stain on their reputation.
Any bloodshed at this point in time could attract unwanted attention...
...perhaps I should keep my hands clean from now on.
Hmm... Akademi's top student...
...it sure would be a shame if she was expelled from school, wouldn't it?

If the contents weren't replaced with contraband, the box would contain a book written by a mysterious, unknown author, with Teiko indirectly stating she's the author; they then eat lunch together. If the notes were sabotaged, Jokichi says the notes didn't help him at all, and Teiko figures that she copied the wrong notes, and they eat lunch separately.
At 5:00 PM, Teiko will go to Jokichi's locker and leave a note asking him to meet her under the cherry tree behind the school. If Ryoba Aishi matchmakes her, she will go to Yahiko Onoda's locker instead. Teiko will then run to the Confession Tree and wait for either Jokichi or Yahiko. She will then confess her love to him. If she confesses to Jokichi, he will either accept her feelings or reject them. If she confesses to Yahiko, he will accept her feelings.

Relationships[]
- Jokichi Yudasei: In the seventh week of 1980s mode, Teiko befriends Jokichi and develops feelings for him. Canonically, she was expelled before she could confess.
- Yahiko Onoda: Teiko's suitor is Yahiko, and Ryoba can matchmake her with him. If Ryoba had peacefully eliminated Teiko, not through gossip or matchmaking, both Teiko and Yahiko would've gotten together.[6]
- Ryoba Aishi: According to YandereDev, Teiko suspected it was Ryoba who got her expelled after observing the latter frequently going in and out of the Counselor's Office. She didn't gather any evidence for this, however.[7] If Teiko met Ryoba, she would treat the latter like she was an old friend, as she doesn't want to be impolite over a theory that she could be wrong about.[3]
- Mida Rana: Teiko would not be able to get along with Mida, as she considers the latter to be extremely unprofessional.[8]
Canon Elimination[]
Teiko's canon elimination is Expel.
The player can do this in any order, but can only do one a day, before the end of lunch. It takes all week, and it's best if Ryoba has a Fake ID from the Yakuza. Using narcotics will lead to her being arrested, not expelled.
- Put Alcohol in her bag and report to the Guidance Counselor.
- Put Condoms in her bag and report to the Guidance Counselor.
- Put Cigarettes in her bag and report to the Guidance Counselor.
- Put stolen property in her bag, and then report.
Stolen property can be any of these: Steal cooking equipment from the Home Ec Room, Stolen Ring, Katana Case Key, Safe Key, Gardening Shed Key, or the Faculty Key Card.
5. Steal the answer sheet from the Faculty Office. You can do it in some ways:
- Use stink bombs to make the teachers go away. (Either by throwing them at the teachers or by the ventilation system)
- Use giggles to distract all the teachers.
- Get it at 8:15 AM, and distract the gym teacher with a radio.
After that, put it in her bag and reported it to the Guidance Counselor.
Warning: If the player reports her to the Guidance Counselor at cleaning time on Friday, she will still confess to Senpai and result in a game over.

She also didn't want to attend school at a place where someone hated her enough to frame her for all sorts of misbehavior.
