Stalker's House

The Stalker's House is a location that appears in Osana's Befriending or Betrayal methods during Week 1.

Gameplay[]

To unlock this location, Ayano has to overhear Osana's conversation with Raibaru, or purchase the service option "Provide Rival's Dark Secret" for 10 Info points, and offer her help. Osana will tell Ayano about the stalker who stole Kika^[1]^[2], her cat. After school you can go to his house to rescue the cat.

After sneaking into the house, Ayano needs to get to the Sutemi's room on the ground floor. If the Sutemi's sister, father or mother notices her, it will result as a "Caught" game over. If the Sutemi himself will notice her, a combat mini-game will activate. If the player wins, he'll be knocked out and no longer be a threat, but if the player loses, the stalker will apprehend Ayano and result as a "Apprehended" game over.

Interior[]

It is a two-story house with several rooms on each floor. It has mostly beige walls and wooden floors. The house is fenced with a high wall and has a small garden.

There are a few closed empty rooms, an entrance, a living room, a kitchen and Sutemi's room on the first floor. On the second floor there is Sutemi's sister room and more closed rooms.

Sutemi's mother is in the kitchen, cooking something, Sutemi's father is trying to repair their TV, and Sutemi's sister is in her room, talking on the phone.

First floor[]

The first floor has an entrance, living room, kitchen, Sutemi's room, and a few other additional rooms that are inaccessible.

Sutemi's father is busy repairing the TV in the living room; Ayano can sneak past him if she crouches behind the couch. Additionally, she can break the fuse box outside to force him to leave the house and investigate the problem.

Sutemi's mother is busy cooking something in the kitchen. Ayano can sneak past her when she's looking away.

Hmm...now, where did I put that cake mix... Hmm, I think I'll add some extra frosting... Ahh, I hope we're not out of vegtable oil... Four eggs...okay... Oh, I can't forget the chocolate chips! Hmm, I wonder if I should use butter or margarine... Ooh...we're almost out of sugar... I'll have to remember to pick up more flour... Ahh, I hope this doesn't add too much to my figure... I really wish he would just...come out of his room and join us...

On the way back, the room to the kitchen is closed and an argument between the parents can be heard.

Mom: "He turned out this way because of you, you know! This is all your fault!"
Dad: "My fault? How is it my fault? How can I have any influence on him, when I'm at work all day long?"
Mom: "That's the problem! You were never home to help me raise him!"
Dad: "I was never home because I was busy earning the money to pay for this comfortable house you live in! YOU'RE the one who was left in charge of raising the children!"
Mom: "That's a job for two people, not one! He turned out this way because he never had a positive male role model in his life!"
Dad: "Oh, what was I supposed to do, quit my job and stay home all day being a 'role model'? Then where would we get the money to put food on our table, huh? This is why we have so many problems - you never think before you speak!"
Mom: "There you go again - you always say that everything is my fault! Nothing's ever your fault, is it? You never take responsibility for your mistakes!"
Dad: "WHAT mistakes? I haven't done anything wrong! You're the one who is constantly screwing up! Name ONE mistake I've made!"
Mom: "Haven't you been listening? I've been trying to tell you this entire time! You let our son turn out the way he did!"

Sutemi's room is also on this floor. Ayano can either sneak behind and take the cat without making a sound or struggle with him and knock him out.

Second floor[]

The second floor a hallway, four locked rooms and Sutemi's sister room.

Sutemi's sister is talking on the phone with her friend. Ayano can sneak past her when she's looking away.

Ha! You think YOUR brother's bad? You have NO idea. Let me tell you about the creep I have to live with. He's a complete...what's that word?..."Hikkikomori". No friends...dropped out of school...never leaves the house...stays in his room all day long. It's been this way for over the year now. And he's, like, OBSESSED with anime and video games. He screams - I mean, like, SCREAMS - if anyone tries to enter his room. I don't think anyone but him has been in there for over a year. He only comes out to use the bathroom or get food. He doesn't even like being SEEN by other people, so he makes our mom just leaves his meal on a tray outside his door. I have absolutely NO idea why my parents even tolerate him! Like, why do they keep enabling his lifestyle? Why don't they threaten to kick him out unless he gets a job? Maybe, when you're a parent, you don't want to give up on your children, no matter how screwed up they are. I'd NEVER let my kids turn out like him, though. Most of the time, I just try to pretend he doesn't exist. It's not hard, since he never wants to interact with anyone. I don't think he has a healthy view towards women.... His room is right underneath mine, and sometimes, I hear him watching hentai and playing porn games. I'm afraid that one day he's going to creep into my room and...ugh! Let's just say that I ALWAYS keep my door locked when I sleep. Well, there is one bit of good news.... Over the past month, he's actually left the house a few times... ...but I have a feeling he's only going outside to do something gross. Like, don't ask me how, but I can just TELL that he's up to no good. Oh! Sorry, I kinda went off on a rant there. Please, tell me what you were about to say. I'll just stay quiet and listen.
