Clubs

Gardening Club (Club 0)

Senpai was the only student in this club. However, both Victim-chan and Witness-chan were in this club prior to their removal, meaning that it was once the club with the second most amount of students. This club used to be a null value, 0, before eventually becoming "No Club".

Computer Club (Club 5)

A student in the Computer Club.

Saki Miyu and Sora Sosuke were in the Computer Club.

Sewing (Club 9)

January 3rd, 2016.

Haruto Yuto and Yui Rio used to be in the Sewing Club.

Interactions

Two removed interactions were "Threaten" and "Seduce". The latter was added back in with the November 1st, 2015 Update, but isn't an option on the Interaction wheel. Instead, the Seduction Level influences the player's actions with students.

According to one of YandereDev's older blog posts, threaten was a way to make NPCs to leave the area, but would harm the protagonist's reputation.[1]

Animations

These animations were later replaced with better versions.

Locations

Placeholder School and Old Corridors

YandereDev once gave out files for testing with layouts that never made it into later updates. There were files such as YanSimSchoolMap,[2] SchoolCorridorSimulator,[2] YanSimSchoolTest[3] and possibly others.

Akademi High School Before the November 15th, 2015 Build

The appearance of the first Akademi High School was removed and replaced in the November 15th, 2015 Build.

1st Buraza Town

Was replaced with a different version in the January 1st, 2016 Build.

Was removed in the May 1st, 2017 Build.

Test Environment

In the May 24th, 2015 Build, there was a placeholder plaza on school grounds. It was made with mostly untextured bricks and cylinders that made it look unnatural. It was removed in later builds.

Old Faculty Office

The Faculty Office.

The original Faculty Office was removed for unknown reasons in the May 24, 2015 Build, which had a bookshelf, a table with chairs, a couple of boxes, a photocopier, and a potted plant on a desk. At one point, it had a book written by Senpai titled "How to Hentai Without Hentaing".

Original Gym

Main gym area.

The gymnasium was removed in the November 15th, 2015 build. It was replaced with a frame model that the player could not interact with until the July 1st, 2018 build.

Original Storage Room

This was removed along with the gymnasium in the November 15th, 2015 Build. The player could kidnap students here.

1st and 2nd Classroom

This used to be a room where all students stood by a wall to learn. It was removed in the November 15th, 2015 Build and replaced with a better looking classroom.

The Original Bedroom

This used to be a dark room where there is a wardrobe to change panties, Senpai Shrine and a corkboard. It was removed in the October 8th, 2015 Build and replaced with a new and larger bedroom.

The Original Basement

Original basement.

The original basement used to be a dark room with vanilla colored walls and a dark grey floor. An air vent and an outlet can be seen on the right wall. An extension cord can be seen on an upper beam. In the middle of the room, a pole is set that is used for kidnapped students. It was removed in the October 8th, 2015 Build and replaced with a new basement.

Sewing Club

Sewing Club.

This room was created in the November 15th, 2015 Update, and removed in the February 1st, 2016 Build. Yui Rio and Haruto Yuto used to be a part of this club. YandereDev has stated that the Sewing Club would give the player access to an infinite amount of clean uniforms.[4]

Music Store (In Buraza Town)

Music Store before it was replaced into a Gift Shop.

This store was implemented as of October 17th, 2019 Build, and it is currently not fully implemented yet. YandereDev stated that this store will be replaced into a Gift Shop because he want to replace a music store with more useful to the player.

Calendar Screen

This option was added in June 15th, 2015 Build, it is fully not implemented yet. As of August 31st/Official Demo, the prompt of this option has been removed, but the player still be able to press "R" to vew this challenges again. As of September 4th, 2020 Build, the prompt of this option was replaced to "Skip Day", and this option were eventually removed for unknown reasons.

These panties were removed in the May 3rd, 2015 Build and replaced with newer, better models. The Spats, Cute Bear Panties, and the Stealthy Black Panties were present, but remain the same as the updated panties.

It was replaced by the Cello Case. It had the same function as the cello case, but it was smaller and had a different texture.

Gaster Blasters

Original Gaster Blasters. January 15th, 2016.

The original Gaster Blasters during Bad Time Mode were skull shaped, before changing into original six eyed monster skulls, which YandereDev calls "dragon skulls" in the February 15th, 2016 Build. It was removed by the request of Toby Fox.[5]

Masks

There used to be eight masks in debug builds of the game, but two masks were removed in the March 16th, 2016 Build. One mask was a mask of Bad Romance, and one was a demon mask covering the jaw.

Vending Machines

Two red vending machines could be seen in the placeholder plaza in the May 24th, 2015 Build. They could not be interacted with. They were removed in later builds.

Student Profiles

Throughout the debug builds, the profiles of each student have been updated with new content and portraits.

Warning

The warning.

In the February 1st, 2016 Build, a warning before the game started was implemented, showcasing everything that would cause the game to be labeled mature, (eg. murder) before gradually becoming silly such as saying the game contained "Raw sewage, cooked sewage, microwave-ready sewage". It was eventually removed in the March 17th, 2016 Build because YandereDev said that it was "cringey".[6] However, the warning can still be found within the game files.
