Pippi Osu, (real name: Pippi Osafune) is a female student who currently attends Akademi
Appearance[]
Pippi wears the default school uniform with a red bandana around her neck unless customized by the player.
She has neck-length black hair with pink bangs and a few loose pink strands laying on her forehead with a hair clip on her right. Her eyes are green, and she wears red-orange eyeshadow. Her bust size is 1.
Personality[]
Obsessed with rhythm games. Currently she is addicted to 'Pretty Guardian Miyuki', an online free-to-play augmented reality role-playing mobile phone game about collecting 'waifus' and hunting monsters.

Among the personas that are currently in the game, Pippi is a Phone Addict. She will strike a cute pose for a picture if Ayano aims her phone at her. If she sees a corpse or witnesses Ayano commit murder, she will snap a picture with her phone and will text it to the police. While doing so, she will run out of the school.
Routine[]
Pippi enters the school grounds at 7:05 AM. She walks to the locker room at 7:10 AM and changes from her outdoor shoes to her indoor shoes. At 7:15 AM, she plays an augmented reality game with Midori Gurin, Ryuto Ippongo, and Mai Waifu.

At 8:00 AM, Pippi walks into Classroom 2-2 and sits at her desk, playing with her phone. She starts her morning classes at 8:30 AM and leaves to go to the rooftop for lunch at 1:00 PM.
Pippi walks back to class again at 1:30 PM and attends her afternoon classes until 3:30 PM. She participates in cleaning time between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM. After that, she continues playing the augmented reality game until the end of the day.
If the Gaming Club disbands, she will still play her Miyuki AR game with her former club members except for Gema, who would play games outside of the clubroom.
Task[]
"Pippi Osu wants to know if her console is defective. Play her disc on your game console at home, beat the first boss, and tell her what happens next."
Pippi's used copy of the Yanvania: Senpai of the Night re-release always crashes right after she defeats the first boss. She will ask Ayano to take the disc home and play it, to see whether there is a problem with the disc or her console. After playing past the first boss, the game will crash due to the disc being scratched. The next day, Pippi will thank Ayano and tell her to keep the disc.

According to Pippi's student profile, she has a crush on Ryuto, but she does not know that he feels the same way. Since she has a crush on him, if Ayano kills Ryuto in front of her, she will attack her with much more force that she is usually capable of. However, if he dies, she will not mourn his death.

- Pippi is the first student to be introduced as an easter egg. Soon after, Midori was as well.
- Pippi was implemented on the May 24th, 2015 build. She was the first student who had hair with two different colors.
- Before the June 29th, 2016 build, Pippi arrived on school grounds 14th in the line on the right side, at 7:05 AM.
- YandereDev used to consider Pippi to be his second punching bag, to which the first being Kokona Haruka since she was the last student to arrive at school. No student would witness her death if she were killed when walking to school. Now that there are more students who arrive later than her, she cannot be killed easily without being seen.[3]
- YandereDev has permission from Peppy, Pippi's original creator, also the creator of osu!, for her to be in the Yandere Simulator.[4]
- YandereDev might implement her blushing whenever she is near Ryuto[5], and may fall into depression if he dies.[6]
- If YandereDev were to decide to give student nicknames, then Pippi's real name would not be "Pippi Osu" and would instead be a nickname given to her, due to her affinity for osu! and her dyed hair.[7]
- When Pippi was first added, she originally had shorter socks.
