Musume Ronshaku (real name: Mutsumi Rokuda) is one of the female students who currently attends Akademi. She is the leader of the Bullies.
Appearance[]
Musume has messy, wavy chest-length light blonde hair tied up in a messy half-ponytail with a salmon pink streak on the right side of her fringe. She has pale blue eyes and eye shadow with clear salmon lipstick and blush. She has tanned skin and a bust size of 1.5.
She wears the default school uniform with a sparkly light blue butterfly hair clip, sparkly earrings, light blue, light orange and blue scrunchies on both of her wrists, blue acrylic nails, a blue book bag on her left shoulder, a light blue jacket with orange cuffs tied around her waist, pink panties and white leg warmers unless customized by the player, but she always wears a shorter skirt. Her phone case is light blue and decorated with black hexagonal lines and light blue butterfly outlines, and a dark blue butterfly phone charm hangs from the bottom of the case.
As of the June 15th, 2024 build, If a long sleeve uniform is selected, Musume will not wear her scrunchies.
Her presenting color is blue.
Prior to becoming a bully, Musume had black hair like her parents, styled in low pigtails and held by light blue hairbands. Her tanned complexion comes from her father, and her blue eyes come from her mother. She swapped hairstyles because she was pursuing a more mature look.

Personality[]
The leader of the Bullies is named Mutsumi Rokuda. She is the daughter of a well-known loan shark, which has earned her the nickname 'Musume Ronshaku,' which translates to 'Daughter Loanshark.' Her rich father spoiled her rotten, and as a result, Musume grew up without any reason to treat others with kindness or respect. Gradually, she developed the belief that most people are 'beneath' her, and that the 'lowest' people are mere playthings for her to torment. Like a child who never learned the difference between right and wrong, she simply lacks the ability to see her victims as people who deserve empathy or compassion. She doesn't deliberately seek out victims, but when she spots one, she will happily seize the opportunity to treat another person like dirt.
Throughout her life, Musume rarely had to face any sort of consequences for her poor behavior. Her father's reputation intimidated most of her teachers and classmates, so most authority figures refused to discipline her, and most kids refused to stand up to her. If she ever did anything seriously bad, her father would make the problem go away using money...or his special brand of intimidation.
A flashy trend-setter who loves to gossip and doesn't take school too seriously.
She is spoiled rotten by her doting father, who buys his daughter anything she wants.
Her father runs a loan agency.

Among the Personas that are currently implemented in the game, Musume is a Phone Addict. She will happily pose for a picture if Ayano Aishi aims her Phone at her face. If she sees a corpse or witnesses a murder, she will take a picture with her phone and text it to the Police while running out of school.
She is a member of The Bullies, meaning that she will spread rumors about students, bully those with the lowest reputation, and write abusive words on their desks. If Ayano has a high reputation, she will smile when talked to and have the Girly persona. If Ayano has a regular or low reputation, Musume will frown.
YandereDev has stated that Musume talks behind people's backs, humiliates people she dislikes and would backstab (gossip or ruin) her best friend in a heartbeat if she got something out of it.[3]
In older builds, Musume's first task was to get her cigarettes, and when Ayano completed her task, Musume would attempt to light a cigarette. However, her ditziness is shown when she attempts to light the wrong end of the cigarette. Musume has not actually smoked before and only pretends to, as so to give herself an image.[4] Musume's hypothetical conversation with Ayano shows that she would continuously bother Ayano asking her if she had cigarettes.[5] Musume also doesn't care if she breaks the law.[6]
In previous builds, the player could kidnap Musume and hold her for ransom as part of a side story involving Kokona Haruka. After being kidnapped, she would become nervous, paranoid, and traumatized for life, taking on the Coward persona. She could not seek help as she had drug-induced amnesia.[7] In one of the videos describing the hypothetical "driven to murder" elimination method, Musume openly mocked and made fun of Kokona and her father upon hearing her voice despite being tied up and blindfolded when Kokona and Ayano "teamed up" to kidnap her.[8]
According to YandereDev, Musume wants a friend group to validate her opinions. She would want a friend group that will join alongside her in teasing/bullying other students, since it validates her desire to mistreat others for being beneath her. She wouldn't want a friend group that enjoys torturing or sadistic activities, because it wouldn't validate anything about herself or her actions. She doesn't have any interest in supporting her friends' desires if her own ideas do not align with theirs.[9] The Death Demon Ritual reveals that Musume bullies people for fun and feels superior to others, and only appreciates her father's money; not his love.
Routine[]
At 7:10 AM, Musume enters the school grounds with the other Bullies. She walks to her locker at 7:15 AM and changes from her outdoor shoes to her indoor shoes. At 7:20 AM she will walk around the plaza with her phone out, stopping briefly in front of each of the four doors leading out of the plaza. If at least one student has a Reputation below -33, she and the other bullies will go to the desk of the aforementioned student and write hateful messages on their desk before continuing on with their routines.
At 8:00 AM, Musume walks into Classroom 3-2, sits at her desk and plays on her phone. She starts her morning classes at 8:30 AM. At 1:00 PM, she goes to the Swimming Pool to sunbathe with her friends at 1:00 P.M. If a student is being targeted for bullying, she will go to their desk and clap two blackboard erasers over their head while the other bullies laugh before the group goes to sunbathe. If the pool is closed, she and the other bullies will go and eat their lunch instead. Musume walks back to class at 1:30 PM Between 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM, she will gossip in the Third Floor girl's bathroom with the rest of the bullies instead of participating in Cleaning Time. At 4:30 PM, she will continue patrolling the plaza until the end of the day.
On the Friday of the First Week, at 7:15 AM, Musume will have a conversation with Osana Najimi about what boys she likes. Recording this conversation is vital to make Taro Yamada reject Osana's confession.
If the player completes Gema Taku's task, she and the other bullies will gaze at him during lunchtime instead of sunbathing.
In previous builds, after being kidnapped, Musume would sit alone on a plaza bench instead of bullying or gossiping.
Task[]

"Musume Ronshaku wants to see Horuda Puresu covered in brown paint. Fill a bucket with water, add brown paint to it, put the bucket over a doorway, and get Horuda to walk through the doorway. You can find brown paint in the Art Club."
Ayano can complete this task by getting a bucket of water, fill it with brown paint in the Art Club, and put the bucket over the doorway then giggle behind the door to get Horuda Puresu to notice it. When she walks over the door, she'll get covered with brown paint. The player will need to take a picture of her getting covered with brown paint then talk to Musume to complete her task. Her task will be unavailable if Horuda is dead or absent.

Her Father[]

Musume's father spoils her to an extreme level, but she isn't grateful for anything she's been given, only using her father to get whatever she wants. The Death Demon Ritual reveals that she does not appreciate her father's love; only his money.
It's clear that Musume's father loves his daughter more than anything. In the past, if Musume was kidnapped, he would have no choice but to release all of his clients from debt in order to get her back "in one piece".
Musume would not care if her father remarried. She would only want the potential step-mother to not interfere with her life or discipline her.[10]
Kokona Haruka[]

Musume called Kokona a "skank" and a "slut", which infuriated Kokona enough for her to fly into a murderous rage in "Driving Your Rivals to Murder".
Kashiko Murasaki[]

According to YandereDev, out of all of the girls in the group, Musume considers Kashiko her favourite friend, since the latter is "hilarious she is making fun of someone."[11]

- Musume's first appearance was very similar to the character Galko-chan from the anime and manga, Please Tell Me! Galko-chan.
- The first design was changed because Galko-chan is a copyrighted character.[12]
- Musume was shown in a sneak preview.[13]
- Her nickname is a play on words. Musume (娘) means "daughter", while "loan shark" when transcribed into Japanese katakana is rōnshāku (ローンシャーク). Therefore, her full name translated to English is "Daughter Loanshark".
- Her real name is Mutsumi Rokuda as of the July 1st, 2020 build.
- Her real first name, Mutsumi, means "intimate, friendly, harmonious" (mutsu, 睦) and "beauty" (mi, 美).
- Her real surname, Rokuda, means "six" (roku, 六) and "rice paddy" (ta/da, 田).
