The Lockpick is an object that gives access to locked rooms.
Gameplay[]
If the protagonist is unable to gain access to a key to open a specific door, a lockpick is another alternative to get through.
Currently, the only way of obtaining of it is by purchasing it from Info-chan or The Yakuza. It doesn't take up space in protagonist's Inventory. In order to see if it was picked up or not, the player must open the phone menu and go to the Inventory section.
Lockpicks can be used to open the closed doors after the corresponding club was shut down, opening shed in the garden and in 1980s mode, opening infirmary cabinet. All lockpicks break after one use.
In order to be crafted, the protagonist has to combine paperclips with hairpins on the workbench in the workshop.
As of the August 15th 2024 Bug Fixing Build, the player can have multiple lock picks on hand instead of being limited to one, which means that the player can weld as many lock picks as they can craft.
It is considered suspicious to be lockpicking a door. Students will react to the protagonist lockpicking the door, and the Student Council/Faculty members will send the protagonist to the Counselor's Office.

- It is impossible to lockpick the infirmary cabinet in 202X mode as the lock was improved.
- It takes 5 seconds to lockpick a door.
