Ikue Yaitabashi is one of the female students who attended Akademi in 1980s Mode.
Appearance[]
Ikue wears the default 1980s uniform.
She has shoulder-length auburn hair with straight cut bangs. She has auburn eyes. She also wears large round gold-rimmed glasses and a gold headband.
Before the March 30th, 2022 build, she had dark brown hair with long bangs and twin buns, thickly rimmed gold glasses, caramel eyes, and light makeup.
Before the April 3rd, 2022 build, she had shoulder-length mint green hair with orange hair ties, a pink bow in the back, and straight-cut bangs. She had black eyes. She also wore silver semi-transparent oval shaped glasses.

Among the personas that are currently implemented in the game, Ikue is a Sleuth. When the school atmosphere is above 80%, she will act upon the Snitch persona if she sees Ryoba Aishi commit a murder or if she finds a corpse.
When the school atmosphere is below 80%, she will take a photo of Ryoba committing murder or of the corpse and run to show it to the police, who are just outside the school. This will cause an instant Game Over if the photo is of Ryoba committing murder, as Ryoba will be arrested.

Regular[]
At 7:05 AM, Ikue enters the school grounds. She walks to her locker at 7:10 AM and changes from her outdoor shoes to her indoor shoes. At 7:15 AM, she enters the Newspaper Club and types on her typewriter before walking down to the Plaza. She will occasionally go back to the Newspaper Club to write some more and then return to the Plaza.
At 8:00 AM, she then walks to Classroom 1-1 and sits at her desk. She starts her morning classes at 8:30 AM and leaves to go back to the Newspaper Club at 1:00 PM to write some more before walking down to the Plaza. (She will eat her lunch near the Sociology Classroom with the rest of the club members during Mission Mode.)
She afterward walks back to class again at 1:30 PM and participates in cleaning time between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM.
She lastly will head back to the Newspaper Club and type on her typewriter before walking back down to the Plaza, continuing to walk back and forth between them.
If Ryoba Aishi joins the club and participates in the club activity, she will help write the next day's newspaper.

Week 2[]
Ikue will quickly rush to her locker and change into her shoes at 7:00 AM. Afterwards, she heads outside to read by the Girls Shower Room.
At 8:15 AM, Ikue will run to Classroom 1-1 and sits at her desk and starts her morning classes at 8:30 AM. Afterwards, she leaves to eat her lunch outside of the Student Council Room at 1:00 PM.
Afterwards, she runs back to class again at 1:28 PM and participates in cleaning time between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM. At 4:00 PM, she will sit down to read by the Guidance Counselor's Office, and stays there until the end of the day.
On Thursday, she will not participate during cleaning time and will instead sit down and read till the end of the day.

Ikue will quickly rush to her locker and change into her shoes at 7:00 AM. Afterwards, she will go and sit down to read by the Occult Club.

Week 10[]
During Week 10, Ikue helps with Sonoko Sakanoue's investigation, she will investigate various students. She will take a photo of Ryoba committing murder or of the corpse and run to show it to the police, who are just outside the school. This will cause an instant Game Over if the photo is of Ryoba committing murder, as Ryoba will have been arrested.

- Her first name is Ikue, which means "several folds" (幾重). If her name is derived like her name is iku, can be written as "upbringing" (育) for e can be written as "picture" (絵) or "bay" (江).
- Her surname, Yaitabashi, means "sheet pile" (Yaita, 矢板), and "bridge" (hashi/bashi, 橋).
- Previously, before the March 15th, 2023 update. Ikue would sunbathe at the pool during Week 5 in order to make it harder for the player to kill Ritsuko Chikanari without a witness.
