Gakuto Imakake is one of the male students who attended Akademi in 1980s Mode. He was the President of the Occult Club.

Gakuto has collar-length messy black hair. His bangs are separated into three strands, with the left strand swept left to frame his face, the middle reaching his nose and leaning right, and the right completely covering his right eyebrow and half of his eye. There are two strands falling loose, one directly in front of his left eye and the other curling left and crossing over the middle bangs. His eyes are dark olive.
He wears the default 1980s uniform with a brown pouch filled with salt hanging from a black string arounds his neck. Since he is the President of the Occult Club, he wears the "Red Armband of Leadership" with a resemblance of an inverted pentagram on his left arm.
Previous[]
Before the October 21st, 2024 Build, he had short, blue hair styled into a bowl cut with two ahoges sticking out on top. He had curtain bangs that completely covered his eyebrows and ended just above his eyes. He had dark brown eyes.
Personality[]
Studying the occult out of a desire to discover a way to communicate with his deceased mother. Became the President of the Occult Club after the founder of the club graduated.
Among the Personas currently implemented in the game, Gakuto is a Coward. If he sees a corpse, he will run away from school and call the police. If he witnesses a murder, he will start begging for Ryoba Aishi to spare his life in exchange for his silence, after that he will run away from the school, but he won't call the police. He cannot participate in physical fights against murderers.
Based on his dialogue in the Occult Club, Gakuto is nervous and worried about other students who talk to him, especially about his club. If Ryoba talks to Gakuto inside or near his clubroom, his first sentence is asking if something is wrong. This shows that he might've been bullied, teased, harassed or taunted for leading the Occult Club. This also includes himself thinking that Ryoba is pulling a prank on him when she suggests joining but changes her mind, attempts to join when she's already in a club, leaves the club, or arrives late for club activities.
It is likely that he was called a "freak" by the other students based on his dialogue if the player picks the join option, then selects no.
Routine[]

At 7:05 AM, Gakuto enters the school grounds. He walks to his locker at 7:10 AM and changes from his outdoor shoes to his indoor shoes. At 7:15 AM, he walks to the Occult Club on the first floor to chat with other club members, then they will go to research the seven mysteries of the school.
At 8:00 AM, he then walks into Classroom 3-2 and sits at his desk. He starts his morning classes at 8:30 AM, and leaves to go to the outside of the Occult Club to eat his lunch at 1:00 PM.
He lastly walks back to class again at 1:30 PM and participates in cleaning time between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM. Afterwards, he heads to the Occult Club and stays there until the end of the day. If Ryoba joins in club activities, he will unsuccessfully try to summon a demon with the other members from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
If the Occult Club is inactive, he will still continue to research the seven mysteries of the school along with the other former members.
