The faculty consists of employees at Akademi.
Aside from the headmaster, all faculty members are fully programmed. The faculty will have their routines in the future, but they will stay in their respective classrooms for now.[1]
The faculty room contains an answer sheet and cigarettes that the protagonist can use to expel rivals. The teachers remain in the faculty room during the morning, at lunch, and after school; the gym teacher stays in during class.
Headmaster
Kocho Shuyona is the Headmaster. He administrates the school and narrates the Headmaster's Tapes.
Guidance Counselors
Guidance Counselors work in the Counselor's Office and will discipline the protagonist when she misbehaves. The protagonist will also be able to frame her rival for breaking school rules.
202X Mode
Genka Kunahito is the guidance counselor in 202X Mode.
1980s Mode
Genka's mother, Mae Kunahito, is the guidance counselor in 1980s Mode.
Nurses
Nurses work in the Infirmary. They're the school's full-time nurses.
202X Mode
Nasu Kankoshi is the nurse in 202X Mode.
Muja Kina will study to become a nurse in the Infirmary. During her week, she will receive training from Nasu Kankoshi.
1980s Mode
Juri Nagasawa is the nurse in 1980s Mode.
Teachers

Teachers teach the students at the school.
Gym teachers will stand near the gate within the school grounds and observe the students coming to school. She will also patrol the faculty room when the teachers have left for class time or do paperwork during lunchtime.
202X Mode
The following teachers only appear in 202X Mode.
Mida Rana, one of Ayano's rivals, will fill in as a substitute teacher for Kaho Kanokogi on the seventh week, who at the time will take a vacation leave.
1980s Mode

Trivia
- There won't be any janitors working at the school, because students in some Japanese schools have to clean up the school themselves.
- According to YandereDev, he is open to adding more male faculty members to the school in addition to the Headmaster. However, he does not plan to do so because he does not have the necessary models or voice actors.[2]
- Before the events of 1980s Mode, there was a murder at Akademi, which prompted the school to force faculty members to undergo self-defense training.[3]
- As of the March 31st, 2016 Build, the Profile of faculty members says "Occupation" instead of "Club".
- As of the August 15th, 2016 Build, the player can kill teachers. If a teacher has been killed, she will be replaced by a randomly generated teacher the next day.
- On the May 15th, 2019 Build, all teachers, including the school nurse and gym teacher, had their faces updated to make them look older.
- All faculty members from 1980s Mode were born after World War Two.[4]
