The Evil Photographer[1] (name undetermined)[2] is a minor antagonist who appeared in the Karlheinz Asylum in 1980s Mode.
Appearance[]
The Evil Photographer has blackish-brown hair and holds a knife and camera.
He wears an unbuttoned black suit, black pants, a black belt, and black sunglasses with brown lenses.
Personality[]
The Evil Photographer seems to have a bit of perversion and greed as he takes pictures of naked girls just to make money off of the photos, and gets enraged over his pictures burning regardless if he witnesses Ryoba Aishi doing so.
Background[]
Before the events of 1980s Mode, the Evil Photographer started a rumor about the abandoned asylum, claiming that it is haunted. This caused several school girls to flock there and explore it at night as a "test of courage."
The Evil Photographer started the rumor so he could get the girls by themselves where he would not be seen by the police. Once the girls arrived, he took out a knife and threatened to kill them unless they did exactly what he said.
After, the Evil Photographer ordered his victims to undress and took pictures of them. He never touched the girls, though. He only took pictures and let them escape afterwards. He then kept the pictures in duffle bags so that he could sell them.

The Evil Photographer has victimized all of the rivals in 1980s Mode in the same way by threatening them to take off their clothes and taking pictures of them.
Evil Photographer was eventually killed inside of the asylum by one of the girls who he had victimized.[3]
During her absence, Oka Ruto travels to Karlheinz Asylum because of the rumors about his ghost haunting it.[3]
