Wiki Rules Have Been Reworked

Hello!

We have made several additions and changes to the wiki rules to make them clearer and compliant with Fandom Terms of Use.

Notable changes include:

"No Hate Speech" rule has been merged with other rules concerning slurs and different forms of discriminations, and now applies to direct insults towards YandereDev as well. We're not interested in censoring any opinions, so as dictated by Fandom Term of Use, only direct insults are banned and not *just* any criticism or judgement. Comments made before this update will be removed or redacted over time, but their authors will not be punished.
"English Only" rule has been added;
"No Advertising" rule has been clarified; it now permits self-promotion in your personal profile and when sharing original content you made yourself.
"No Leaks" rule has been added. It was technically enforced even prior to this update, but wasn't mentioned in the rules.
"Share Art Respectfully" rule has been added. We're currently investigating the ability to add captions with credits to infoboxes with multiple tabs.
"Disclose Alt Accounts" rule has been added; this is more of a reminder than a new rule, as sock puppet accounts caught breaking the rules would get banned prior to this addition either way.
Other changes are only clarifying the wordings.
